Personal Fitness MOT – this is designed for those who may be apprehensive about joining Group Classes or are unsure what their level of fitness is.
The MOT gives you an understanding of where your fitness lies and what type of exercise would suit you, based on your aspirations and enjoyment.
We provide a personalised 1:1 session giving you focus and dedication throughout your fitness journey.
You will be guided through a comprehensive programme of health and fitness development including training, diet and lifestyle such as mental well-being.
We also offer Semi-Private Sessions giving you the opportunity to receive expert coaching in a small group of 3 or 4
Whatever type of session you may be looking for, we will discuss how the programme would work for you and if it is what you are looking for. We don’t believe in starting a journey if you’re not fully on board so we like to discuss in detail if the programme if right for you and what content it will include.
