We offer Outdoor or Remote Online Running Gait Analysis. We will video you, if it is a 1-2-1 you will wear a sensor powered by the COROS technology and we will review the details together, you will also get a report with the video, the data, the metrics, our comments and drills to practice to improve. This will be invaluable information for your running!
