With a range of different outdoor workouts, we will design motivating sessions tailored exactly to your needs:
- Hiit

We focus on exercises that will help you become stronger, fitter and healthier and will improve your daily life on all aspects. There are 4 areas that are crucial and on which we will work at each of our session:
- Strength and Conditioning: It is not just for athletes and it encompasses so much more than just lifting weights and focuses on a variety of tools to improve movement, health and physical performance.
- Agility: A rapid whole body movement with change of velocity or direction.
- Endurance: Both cardiovascular and muscular Endurance
- Technique: The quality of the movement rather than quantity and rushing it to maximise results.
