Our outdoor Bootcamps are perfect for those who want to achieve their fitness goals away from a busy gym or studio. Our group exercise is fun, social and very rewarding.

Group-based outdoor fitness has been shown to improve both mental and physical health.

We’re happy to create a bootcamp for you and some friends – just get a group together.

With a range of different outdoor workouts, we will design motivating sessions tailored exactly to your needs:

We focus on exercises that will help you become stronger, fitter and healthier and will improve your daily life on all aspects. There are 4 areas that are crucial and on which we will work at each of our session:

  1. Strength and Conditioning: It is not just for athletes and it encompasses so much more than just lifting weights and focuses on a variety of tools to improve movement, health and physical performance.
  2. Agility: A rapid whole body movement with change of velocity or direction.
  3. Endurance: Both cardiovascular and muscular Endurance
  4. Technique: The quality of the movement rather than quantity and rushing it to maximise results.

Note: there are no contracts or subscriptions!
